The Kids Ministry Director helps FBCW lead each family and every generation to know and follow Jesus by leading FBCW’s ministry to kids (1st-5th) and their families.  A full-time version of this position will also incorporate all duties of the Preschool Ministry Director Position.

Who will lead the Kids Ministry during the transition period?

Sara Bessie will continue to lead our Kids Ministry during this season.  The experiences and programs our kids love will continue under her leadership until she is able to hand off the baton to our new staff member(s).

How long will the search process take?

It's hard to define how long it will take but our goal is to have the position(s) hired by February.

 
Who is responsible for the search and hiring?

Our Senior Pastor, Kyle Kelley, will give leadership to the search process.  He will guide the Leadership Team through the process to identify and hire the position(s).  The church will be notified once we've identified who we're going to hire.
