This summer, children who just completed grades 1 – 5 will join their family in the 9:30 service.  Joining families together in worship provides great opportunities for parents and their children. Not only do children become familiar with the format of the worship service, but they also  

• see Mom and/or Dad opening their Bible, singing, tithing, and listening to the pastor speak from God’s Word.  Parents have the opportunity to model reverence and demonstrate their love for the Lord.  

• connect to the church family through a shared worship experience.  

• practice gleaning truth (though it may only be a little at first) from the message given each Sunday.    

Taking a child to the worship service may seem like a challenge, but FBCW Kids wants to help parents in that endeavor.  Stop by the Kids Check-in desk each week to grab pouches for kids to use during service.  Pouches will contain an activity page, sermon notes, colored pencils, a soft mint and fidget.  These pouches are designed to be enjoyed during the service and returned at the end of the service each week.    

  

After the worship service, join us upstairs at 11 in the Kids Room for a high energy kids worship and connect time designed just for kids!  Bring your sermon notes upstairs for a prize and stick around for games, music, and a Bible lesson that is just right for wiggly bodies.
