As a transplant from central Louisiana, my family and I have called Wentzville home since 2007.  We joined FBC Wentzville in 2012 after searching for a biblically-based church home.  My wife and I are the proud parents of two teenage children who test our patience and parenting skills daily.  As an IT professional, I spend hours in front of a screen every day, so in my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family and anything that doesn’t involve a computer!  I am passionate about God’s biblical plan for marriage and the husband’s role within the family.

Our class is generally composed of married parents somewhere in the 40-50 yr old range.  We share in the joys and pitfalls that married life with children can bring!  We place an emphasis upon discussing “real world” issues and using God’s word to light our pathway as husbands, wives, and parents.

All children 1st - 3rd grades gather every Sunday in room 228 at 11 a.m. for Bible study, prayer, craft, and application.

Greg Atchison is the Principal Chair for C12 of Greater St. Louis, with over 40 years of leadership experience across military, corporate, and academic settings. He has led businesses and technical teams, developed leaders (including at Boeing), and holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management. Greg is a Professional Certified Coach and an adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He’s been involved in marketplace ministry for over 20 years and currently serves as a deacon and small group leader. He and his wife, Nancy, have been married for more than 50 years. He enjoys fly fishing, reading, and the outdoors.

Chuck grew up on a farm in north Missouri.  God blessed him with a Christian family, and he attended a small rural church in Half Rock, MO, where he met his wife.  Chuck and his wife, Barb, have been married for 55 years and have a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Chuck retired from Orscheln Farm and Home after working as a merchandise buyer for 19 years.  Chuck worked in the retail field for over 40 years.  Chuck and Barb love to travel to experience God’s beautiful creation and enjoy delicious food.

Beginning in his early 20’s, Chuck has served as a Bible study leader for children, teens, young married couples, and middle-aged adults. Chuck also currently serves as a Deacon.  He has a passion to grow in wisdom and knowledge of the Lord and invest in the lives of others. 

This class meets at 8:00 a.m. in room 123.  This Early Bird class is comprised of singles and couples in the 50+ age range.  The members of this class have faithfully walked with the Lord for many years and continue to serve him today. Please join us to connect with a group of believers who love the Lord, love to study His word together, love serving His church, and enjoy fun and fellowship.  We would love to have you come and join us so we can study God’s word and learn together.

The College and Career group is taught by Greg and Michele Galbraith.  This is a group of singles 18-25 years old who meet together to learn about God, the Bible, and applying it to their lives. We like to have socials and enjoy hosting the class at our house. We have been involved in teaching youth since we were married 33 years ago and are now blessed to be teaching the College and Careers class. We are empty nesters with two grown children who both live on the east coast. This gives us plenty of time to serve and are excited to invest in the class. Greg is an IT professional who likes to play disc golf, likes science fiction shows and read. Michele likes to go for walks, research family genealogy, read, and take trips to Disney World. (Although, she doesn't get to go as often as she'd like!) We would love to invite you to join our class.

My wife Conda and I have been married over 40 years and we joined FBCW when we moved from Ohio in 1998. We have two adult children and one grandson. I am an ordained deacon and pastor whose passion is studying the Word of God and learning how to apply it in life. I am a project manager and Conda is a banker. We love the beach, hiking, and taking road trips.

Our Connect Group’s focus is navigating life together. I believe the Word of God is our instruction book by which we are to live. God desires for us to become more like Jesus every day of life and He wants us help each other in this process. We would love to connect with you so come give us a try.
